Meeting Logistics Preparation

There is remote participation for those who are presenting.
Recording session
- Record them and offer access to members only. Everyone likes the idea.
Zoom
- Michael will prepare another zoom link for Breakout 2
- We will try to use Jim Logan zoom link for both Breakout 1 and Plenary.
- Set up the zoom so that we can selectively admit people.
- Because of the Zoom storage limit. We have to start/stop recording. And keep emptying the space.
Action Items
- Serm will send email to Jay about presenting in System Engineering session.
- Check with Pauline about audio connectivity in the main room.
- Set up another meeting with Will.
- Jim Lo to double check the zoom recording limit.
  - Limit to 5gb storage. Seems like the same limit for OAGi account.
  - Zoom seems to record around 350 MB per hour.
  - 5000 MB / 350 MB = ~14 hours, maybe less if we record the speaker as well.
- Jim Will follow up with Ian about remote presentation.
- Serm will follow up with Jan De Nijs.
