Annual / monthly payment options

Members may choose either of the following two options:

1. Annual

   • First payment: If accepting the default annual membership period, pay the full annual membership fee amount. If choosing another annual membership period, pay the pro-rated amount.¹

   • Subsequent payments: Pay the full annual amount no later than the 15^th of the first month of the annual membership period.

2. Monthly

   • Recurring monthly payments will occur automatically on or after the 1^st of each month. The first payment will be the first month after membership is approved.
